REFUND POLICY

At Noctivue, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase.

Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unworn

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • The item must be in resellable condition

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items that show signs of use, damage, or wear will not be eligible for a refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Used eyewear

  • Items without original packaging

  • Final sale or promotional items


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders enter processing and cannot be changed.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at noctivuestore@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.


Lost Packages

Pelaas is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
